District Administration Baramulla in collaboration with Municipal Council Baramulla and "Save Youth Save Future" launched a Cleanliness Drive as part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan on Sunday, 17-03-2019 at Government High School Khwajabag Baramulla.
DC Baramulla Dr. G.N. Itoo in presence of District Information Officer Baramulla Ch. Mudasir Hussain, Chairman Municipal Council Baramulla Omar Kakroo, Chairman "Save Youth Save Future" Wajahat Farooq Bhat and Other District officers started the cleanliness drive.
Forty volunteers from SYSF Team participated in this drive and cleaned the High School
Baramulla and the adjoining area.
While speaking to the media, the DC Baramulla appreciated the Municipal Council Baramulla and team Save Youth Save Future for this enthusiastic participation. He further said that this initiative would be taken up in a focused fashion to cover other areas under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in a phased manner in Baramulla District
