Today on 13th of August, 2022, Save Youth Save Future (SYSF) a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) organised a first-of-its-kind conclave in Kashmir, namely, ‘The Kashmir Entrepreneurship Conclave—2022 at (SKICC) Sheri Kashmir International Convention Centre Srinagar.
The aim of the conclave was to foster entrepreneurship and managerial skills in the youth of Kashmir so they are "Job creators and Not Job Seekers".
The conclave acted as a bridge between the lndustria, academia and the youth of Kashmir, where many aspiring entrepreneurs learned new ideas of entrepreneurship and societal value creation.
Approximately One thousand people with dreams of starting their own businesses took part in the event. The event was attended by many successful Entrepreneurs who, throughout their time there, shared their insights with the audience and offered them some helpful suggestions for launching new businesses.
At the end of the conclave, a facilitation ceremony was held in which approximately twelve successful valley entrepreneurs were recognised and honoured. The conference was attended by a substantial number of higher authorities from different fields of business, industries and academic institutions, including the following:
